For primary schools, the programme has a multi-level approach; the first being to provide schools with both free equipment & teacher training by the International Tennis Federation on how to teach modified tennis as part of the school programme. The second level is to provide opportunities for students with greater interest in the sport to attend fully sponsored tennis programmes after school to further develop their skills. With students interest in the sport growing each year, TFEC is now conducting free weekly after-school tennis lessons in 6 of the primary schools. The programme has also developed a Junior Talent Development Programme for students who display a talent for the sport and wish to hone their skills with further coaching.
